Hi, I'm Indya! A uni student, sexual health educator, and the person behind Rēhia.
I started Rēhia because I was tired of sexual health feeling clinical, shameful, and inaccessible. As a young person navigating sex and relationships, I kept finding that the information and products out there weren't made for people like me.
So I built something that is.
Rēhia is a sexual health and wellness brand rooted in education. Every kit we make is thoughtfully curated, inclusive by design, and comes with real information written by someone who actually cares, not a money-hungry corporation, just a young person who believes you deserve to feel informed, confident, and seen.
