Domestic Shipping
We ship your order with AusPost.
Discretion: Privacy matters. Every order is shipped in plain kraft packaging with only our logo on the outside. Nothing on the outside indicates what's inside.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping times: Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:
Perth metro: 2-4 business days
Regional WA: 4-7 business days
Eastern states: 5-10 business days
These are estimates only. Once your order leaves us, it's in Australia Post's hands, and we can't guarantee exact delivery dates.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so that you can keep an eye on it.
Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch with us at rehiacollective@gmail.com or DM us on our socials, and we'll do our best to help track it down.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.

Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. We hope you understand.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it at rehiacollecive@gmail.com or DM us on our socials with a photo and your order number. We'll always make it right. We’ve got you.
Change of mind: Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We recommend reading product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, please reach out. We're happy to help.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
