About Our Products

Are your products TGA compliant? Yes! Every product in our kits is sourced from reputable Australian suppliers and is TGA-compliant. We wouldn't put anything in your kit that we wouldn't use ourselves.

Are the condoms latex-free? Our current range uses latex condoms. If you have a latex allergy, please don't purchase until we add latex-free options; your safety comes first. Keep an eye on our Instagram and TikTok for updates!

What lubricant is included, and is it safe with condoms? We include Wet Stuff water-based lubricant sachets. Water-based lube is safe with all latex condoms and most toys; it's the safest and most versatile option out there. We are working towards including the option of silicone-based lube!

Can internal condoms be used anally? Yes! Internal condoms can be used vaginally or anally. Our education cards walk you through how to use them correctly for both.

Are the dental dams flavoured? Yes! We use Glyde Sheer dental dams, which come in mixed flavours including Crème Vanilla, Strawberry, Wildberry and Black Cola. You can choose what flavour you want! They're also vegan and cruelty-free, which we love.

About Ordering

How is my order packaged? Will anyone know what's inside? Your order arrives in plain kraft packaging with only our logo on the outside. Nothing indicates what's inside. Your business is your business.

Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes, we ship anywhere in Australia. We're based in Perth, WA, so deliveries to the Eastern States may take a little longer… check our shipping policy for estimated timeframes.

How long will my order take to arrive? We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, Perth metro usually takes 2-4 business days, Eastern States 5-10 business days. You'll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you always know where your kit is.

Who is behind Rēhia Collective? Hi, I'm Indya! A uni student from Perth and the sole human behind Rēhia. I started this because I wanted sexual health products that actually felt made for people like us. Every kit is packed by me personally, which means a lot of care goes into every single order <3

Are you a medical professional? Nope! I'm a young person who is passionate about sexual health education. Our education cards are written in good faith based on current sexual health information, but they're not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have specific health concerns, please see a healthcare professional or visit your nearest sexual health clinic.

Where can I find more sexual health education? Right on my TikTok and Instagram @rehiacollective! That's where we post regular education content. You can also scan the QR code on your education cards or visit our resources hub on the Learn Tab to find sexual health resources near you.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order? Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can't accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. We recommend reading product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and if you're unsure about anything, please reach out before you buy. We're always happy to help.

What if my order arrives damaged? That would make us really sad, and we'd want to fix it immediately. Contact us at rehiacollective@gmail.com or DM us on socials within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number, and we'll sort it out right away. We've got you.
