Our products: All products sold by RēhiaCollective are TGA-compliant and sourced from reputable Australian suppliers. Orders and payment: By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping: We ship within Australia only at this stage. We ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimates, and we can't guarantee exact delivery dates once your order has left us. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.
Returns and refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days at rehiacollective@gmail.com or DM us on our socials, and we'll make it right.
